The River Oaks Ministry meets the first Sunday afternoon of each month at ‘River Oaks Place’, 100 West Fifth Avenue in Lenoir City at 2:00 pm. Gene Lee usually officiates the services and everyone is welcome to attend. Gene delivers God’s message, and hymns and other music is sang. When our younger “and blessed’ musicians perform the residents of River Oaks really enjoy it!
During the service we acknowledge any birthdays for that month and present a small gift to each. After the service, we draw numbers for a Lap Quilt and a Basket of Bread & Jelly made by the “Labor of Love Ministry”.
This ministry needs your prayers, we want to glorify God by taking His Word and His Love to this facility. We are looking for individuals with teaching as their spiritual gifts to assist in this special ministry as well as those interested in special music.
