WHAT: COATS IN CARS 2025 EVENT
WHERE: Highland Park Ruritan on Hwy 321
WHEN: October 25, 2025 between 10 a.m to 12 p.m.
All cars need to be set up with types of coats and sizes with poster board by 9:45
Glenn Hellard will be there at 8:30 a.m to direct where you need to park
Poster Boards and markers will be provided at the Registration table at 9:00 a.m
The Men’s Breakfast Ministry will set up the prayer tent.
If you have coats but cannot set up, talk with someone that will have a car there and ask them to take your coats! Please Do not leave coats at church!
Places we need help with if you cannot provide a car with coats:
1. We will have a Registration Table set up with a simple questionnaire
2. Questionnaire will determine how many tickets will be given to our guests
3. Guest will be given tickets
4. Tickets will be given to take a coat. This helps ensure that we have enough coats for all our guests.
5. We can use help at the registration table, ticket giver, prayer tent, guide/greet our guests.
