Verse of the Day (Page 242)

In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?  shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name:  make known his deeds among the people.

Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

The just man walketh with integrity: his children are blessed after him.

Better is little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble therewith.

Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God:  because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Like Eddie said in last night’s service:   Read your Bible, become familiar with the Word of God.  Know the Word of God.
